Like IMF, AG Group of Industries shares FIE’s heat treatment facility, Flame Industries. This state-of-the art heat treatment facility is located in Jaysingpur and is equipped with all modern facilities for heat treating

Flame Industries was established at Jaysingpur with the motto of providing heat treatment facility. Flame Industries is one of the prestigious organization of FIE group. It was established on 14th may 1978. In the early days it started with salt bath furnace.

To fulfill internal requirement further Progress of Company includes Precision Hard Chrome Plating and Zink Plating Facility.The installed facility has five gas carburising furnaces, Two Electrical heating Sealed Quench Furnaces, Two Gas fired heating Sealed Quench Furnaces & five Hard chrome plating tanks.Producing 2 million pieces (550 MT) per month.

The latest Technology of Sealed Quench Furnace (Fully automatic Manless Plant) with well established testing facility is a part of our set up. The testing facility includes modern equipment like Computerised Micro Vickers Hardness Tester, Carl Zeiss Microscope, Brinell & Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester, Coat Meter for measuring Plating Thickness etc.

We are ISO/TS 16949 : 2009 Certified Company along with AIAG (CQI 9 & CQI 11) Standards. Also we are going for ISO 14001 to fulfill Environmental Norms.
